My Thoughts
I think Bet US is a great sportsbook for betting on favorites - and for betting on mainstream sports such as football, basketball, MMA and boxing.
If you're looking for more international sports, then this is probably not the best choice. You'd be better off going with someone like Bookmaker or 5 Dimes.
The deposit bonus they offer is great, which gives you $75 for free just for signing up (if you depsoit $200 or more)
I got my deposit bonus right away which was nice, cause many sportsbooks make you wait a certain amount of time, or they'll make you bet a certain amount of money before you get the bonus. But Bet US is good about it and gives it to you right up front.
Depositing
I used my Visa to make a deposit at Bet US and it was as simple as could be.
You can also use Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. According to their website you can also do a cash transfer from yoru bank account. My friend Chris did this for his account and he said it ook less than 3 minutes ot set up.
MMA Betting at Bet US.com
So I did some betting on a few UFC fights at Bet US and I really like what they have to offer. Their lines are great if you like to bet on favorites and I'd venture to say you're not gonna find a better sportsbook if you like to bet on favorites.
They also offered Totals on most of the UFC fights, which you can't really find everywhere. I think Bodog is the only other sportsbook that offers totals.
My one complaint about their MMA selection would be that I dont see odds up for many of the smaller leagues. I know they do put them up closer to the fight, but it would be nice if they were up a little earlier.
When I was betting on the fights, I was betting pretty small like $25 per fight. I checked out their betting limits just for the hell of it and saw that you can bet as little as $5 per fight and as much as $50,000! Damn....
I believe they also have a pretty low minimum deposit amount of $25. So if you're not too serious and just want to have a few bucks on the fights (or any other game) then you can do so without having to put a bunch of money down.
Cashing Out
I cashed out about $350 from Bet US in January of this year, and it was a pretty easy process. I had the check at my house within 10 days and it worked fine at my bank.
I believe you can also have them wire you the money to your bank account if you'd like.
Final Rating
Overall I would give Bet US a rating of 8/10.
Bettors who are looking for good lines on favorites and to have fun betting will love Bet US. If you're a serious bettor who bets more than $500 per fight/game, then I would look to a different sportsbook such as Bookmaker.
